Darts’ practices for Relocation of “IT Setup” ensure that clients face minimum business impact. Our team works diligently to minimize the risk of what could be a very stressful and disruptive experience. Our scope can include all or fewer of the following activities, as desired by client.

1) Safe Relocation performed from anywhere to anywhere, irrespective of floor level, non availability of lift(and sometimes even stairs), or non-feasibility to use mechanized devices

2) We work non-stop on the weekend to make sure your business is up and running on Monday, or any other agreed day.( Day only option available for budget conscious clients, which may result in requirement of some business days for relocation)

3) Documented contingency plan, including Backup arrangement of man power and lifting equipment

4) Option of Lump-sum or phased shifting.

5) On site demo of the relocation exercise at the option of clients

6) Premium offering has option of penalty clause for delay in relocation due to any reason attributable to Darts, with the sole exception of FORCE MAJEURE conditions, along with possible bonus clause for before time completion(if client policy permits)

7) Option of Advance Cabling at new site by our own Cabling Division, for ENTIRE AREA or PART AREA

8) Total safety of devices, ensured through Covered vehicles, double cartons, extra safe padding with foam, double sheet, controlled package movement etc

9) Experienced team who have handled similar assignments, with track record of 100% client satisfaction in terms of safe and timely movement and reinstallation.

10) Option of Standby IT setup at new site, for basic function, till old setup is re-installed and tested/Commissioned

11) Optional hand-holding support for smooth working at new site, soon after relocation.
